- Exposition
Exhibition : « Booth D9 - sélection Paris Photo »
Paris Photo is considered to be one of the outstanding art fairs for photography. Over 140 galleries from 34 countries display artworks from the 19th century to the present by more than 3500 photographers in the beautiful Parisian Grand Palais. In November 2015 the fair had to be closed prematurely due to the tragic events of November 13. With the exhibition “BOOTH D9 – Sélection Paris Photo” we are giving our artists an opportunity to present their works again in our gallery space in Lucerne.

The program of the varying exhibitions sets diverse priorities: firstly, the gallery shows selected "classic" black and white photography from the 20th Century and secondly it presents young artists which are exhibited continuously by regular shows and trade fair presence.

Mat Hennek - The 2 Circles

Woodlands and beyond... Mat Hennek
Starting with the 2nd of July the Flo Peters Gallery will show works of German photographer Mat Hennek. The show with the title Woodlands and beyond... consists of round about 40 photographs of the cycle Woodlands, the cycle Alpenpässe as well as a selection of portraits.
The photos from the Woodlands cycle are the outcome of numerous excursions through all sorts of bosk - wood impressions with bewitching atmospheres. Carefully selected sections from sacral ambitious wood landscapes, often without horizon or ground, that have an oddly soothing, almost meditative effect.
Hennek's cycle Alpenpässe is a consequent sequel in his principles of his photographic style, which can be found in his Woodlands cycle. We see views from different alpine passes in Switzerland. Grand and monumental pictures, which too are... - Exposition
Landscapes
With the exhibition "Landscapes - Photographs by Sebastian Copeland, Mat Hennek, Andréas Lang and Martin Pudenz", Bernheimer Fine Art Photography presents a classic theme of photography through the lens of four contemporary artists: that of landscape. Thereby, the choice of the photographers reflects the whole spectrum of current landscape photography - with the artists' approach to the theme as well as the technical translation differing in each case.
Sebastian Copeland's Fine Art Prints are represented in international galleries and museums as well as in well-known collections. The seemingly timeless works, taken during three trips: two aboard a scientific icebreaker to Antarctica in 2006 and 2007 and one in the Arctic in 2008. They illustrate the breathtaking beauty of this extreme landscape, which...
