Fotofever Paris Edition 4 : The rendez-vous of the contemporary photography scene
The fourth edition of fotofever paris will feature 90 international galleries presenting the best of contemporary photography.
In 2015, the presence of japanese galleries is always important, with galleries such as Emon Photo Gallery and tezukayama gallery. among the new galleries, Lumiere Brothers Gallery which constitutes the most important private collection of Russian photography, photo edition berlin from Berlin and Alidem – L’arte della fotografia from Milan. Focusing on France, a returning gallery from Lyon with the participation of Galerie Françoise Besson, and for Paris with galerie baudoin lebon.

Archivo 15 artists from Mkgalerie
MKgalerie shows recents works from 15 artists and is curated by Willem van Zoetendaal.
Van Zoetendaal is very active in - foremost - contemporary Dutch photography and his knowledge of contemporary photography is important. He was professor at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, has curated exhibitions in museums and in institutions and is a publisher.
Archivo is published by Young Photographers Foundation and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and a project by Paul Kooiker and Willem van Zoetendaal.... - Exposition
Kyungwoo Chun Silence is movement
Kyungwoo Chun's artistic career presented itself during the past years as a bridge between Korea and Germany, where he has been living since the mid-1990s.
His works are characterised by a close relation between artist and the protagonists depicted. Chun represents them by extending the exposure time, while he himself directs the scene. This procedure is repeated in performances, videos or photographs. In the exhibition "Silence is Movement" the series "Believing is Seeing" is presented for the first time in Germany. The viewer is confronted with blurred features, especially the eye areas seem abstract. By this means, the depiction gains a peculiar kind of lightness and alienation.
