Depuis sa création en 2004, Le Lishui Photography Festival a remporté un succès depuis 7 années consécutives. L'objectif du festival est de faire de Lishui, située dans la province du Zhejiang en Chine, une ville de renommée internationale pour la photographie avec un programme étendu d'expositions, de compétitions, de forums, de rencontres entre autres, favorisant les échanges internationaux.
Cette année le festival se déroulera du 15 au 19 novembre 2017. Son thème est l'image dans l'ère de l'hypermédia. Il rassemblera des milliers d'oeuvres d'artistes et photographes reconnus ou émergeants de plus de 50 pays. Aussi, le français Guillaume Hebert, établi a Taiwan, est l'un des invités de ce festival, et exposera son travail sur la Mer et les Rochers.

The 5th Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) returns with the theme : The Archive.
Taking place from 20 August to 13 November 2016, more than 1,200 photographic works by 58 artists from 19 countries will be displayed in six exhibitions. The festival also features educational programmes for the public, industry professionals and students.

A room with a view
The festival kicks off with the winning proposal for the inaugural Curatorial Project Showcase. Titled A room with a view, the exhibition is curated by Carol Chow Pui Ha, lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communications, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The Open Call Showcase is the festival's international highlight, featuring the works of 40 photographers from 18 countries in Singapore from 1 October to 13 November 2016. In the festival's brand new direction to bring arts into the public sphere, all the 40 selected portfolios will be exhibited within 10 train stations on the newly opened Downtown Line.

Les tableaux photographiques de Guillaume Hebert sur la série: Les Rochers de l'Ile Verte (Lǜ dǎo / 綠島) seront exposés pour la premiere fois en Chine dans une importante galerie de Shanghai.
"In this exhibition, Rocks From Other Hills, Guillaume Hebert shares his several experiences these years in Ludao and Lanyu. The bizarre rocks he shot on the islands, as a subject, are implanted to the vast sky and clouds in the paintings by British and French famous romantic artists such as William Turner's time (1775-1851). The integration of photography and painting, nature and humanity, currency and history builds up the mixed context in a procedure close to classical painting.
