HeavyLite is a group exhibition presented by Kim Foster Gallery, featuring Christian Faur, Dan Hernandez, Sherry Karver, and Kathryn Siegler.

From Faur’s use of crayons to replicate digital photography and Siegler ascending disposable objects to commentary to Hernandez combining video game imagery with Byzantine and Renaissance art and Karver’s implementation of literature and text in her work, these four artists blend together high art and popular culture.

Kim Foster Gallery promotes a select group of Contemporary artists that have been with the gallery for over a decade. The gallery is focused on enabling these artists to explore and evolve in significantly different ways, but with remarkable coherence within the gallery’s affinity toward unconventional work. HeavyLite is on view now through February 14.
