Leitmotiv of Libor Šterba’s pictures is nature.Photographer - lonely walker, wanders the countryside like Goethe's Werther, looking for peace and harmony while somewhere in the distance a train whistle echoes in the horizon is a hidden city, which had been forgotten. This is not to the composition, the photographer, he jealously guarded the net, without interference of civilization.Landscape without people lost in dreamy atmosphere, evolving out of time, recalls the romantic deserted landscape of the nineteenth century. The Libor Šterba’s interest as testimony before the general doom bringing selfish, indifferent civilization that anger fell trees, stopping the field, destroy elegance horizons, which do not perceive perfection. Black and white photography increases the possibility of applying tones of wealth and aesthetic values.
