Il étudie l'anthropologie culturelle à l'université de Barcelonne (1990) et la photographie documentaire à la Newport School of Arts and Design, Grande Bretagne (1993).
Il obtient une bourse FotoPres'95 et le Prix Leica a PhotoEspana'98, Madrid.

L’exposition Dust – Histoires de poussière d’après Man Ray et Marcel Duchamp retrace la vie et les tribulations d’une étrange photographie réalisée en 1920 par Man Ray ou était-ce Marcel Duchamp ? ou peut-être Man Ray et Marcel Duchamp ? La photographie est sans prétention mais énigmatique. C’est un document. C’est une œuvre d’art. C’est un document sur une œuvre d’art. elle est réaliste et abstraite. C’est une nature morte et un paysage. Peut-être même une performance. Je vous dirais volontiers son titre si je le connaissais.
Au début, personne ne s’est beaucoup intéressé à cette image, mais avec le temps elle est devenue un talisman...
A través del trabajo fotográfico de diez artistas tanto nacionales como internacionales esta exposición se centra en la periferia como el territorio en transformación que rodea las ciudades y que empuja al mundo rural, a lo que queda de naturaleza, hacia unas reservas que prácticamente desaparecerán con el tiempo.
Imágenes en las que vemos un paisaje transformado artificialmente y todavía no definido, sin categoría moral y sin estructura urbana, pero ya lejos de cualquier recurrencia a lo natural, al campo, al orden o a la belleza previa. El hombre ha aparecido pero todavía como destructor, aún no como constructor. Son las máquinas las que predominan.
