Paolo Gioli

Paolo Giolio est né en 1942, peintre, photographe, cinéaste, a, durant plus de quarante ans, inventé et expérimenté diverses techniques dans les champs de la peinture, de la sérigraphie, de la photographie et de l’image en mouvement.Pour la première fois, 14 de ses films, parmi les plus significatifs, réalisés grâce à différentes techniques (sténopés, technique du fotofinish, animation, etc.) sont rassemblés en double DVD, accompagnés d'une publication avec les témoignages critiques d’étudiants du monde entier, une série d'illustrations en noir et blanc et couleurs, et des écrits (partiellement inédits) de l'artiste lui-même. "I started the photography by travelling when I was a kid . Travelling around the globe or just a few meters from home with my camera, looking for a unique moment to share with my family and friends. Later, I followed a training in Brussels at the Atelier Contraste, and started to realise that photography is an art; Contraste helped me to sharpen my sight. As a young photographer I decided then to explore the photography as an art to document my passions for travel, nature and people of our wonderland.
