I am drawn to the young, poor and the powerless whose voices deserve to be heard. I feel compelled to work with people who are on the fringes of society and am
particularly interested in telling stories of children's lives around the world. They have a raw intelligence and creativity that adults can listen and learn from. I would like to think that my stories will improve the lives of the people I photograph. I try to reflect their everyday lives and promote a dialogue and understanding among all people.

The Tranquil Mennonite settlement of Manitoba in eastern Bolivia has been transformed into fear and confusion when, this past June, suspicions were confirmed that at least 100 women and girls were raped by some of their neighbors.
These images capture the Mennonites of Manitoba in their everyday lives, now struggling to erase a recent painful past and continue to live their lives separate from the outside world...

Du 3 au 10 juillet, le festival Voies Off fête son 15e anniversaire en mêlant découvertes photographiques et rencontres conviviales... Au programme, des projections, la remise des Prix Voies off, une grande soirée Arlésienne et plus de 1.000 rendez-vous organisés lors des lectures de portfolio. En 2010, Voies Off a reçu 1100 candidatures en provenance de 60 pays. Parmi eux 66 dossiers ont été sélectionnés pour faire partie de la programmation des soirées de projections du Festival Voies Off....
