"Hi there, welcome to my Travel Photography site. I am a semi professional travel photographer and I have been taking pictures seriously for around 10 years . It was since that time I was given my first small point and shoot digital camera. Thinking back then makes me smile a little because I fired away with that little camera at anything and everything that moved. My Dad who is also a photographer taught me the basics of photography, and I became more creative and I began taking images with more atmostphere and impact.
The months wore on I began to submit my shots to various photography magazines and to my surprise I was published quite a bit. And by that time I realised that my photographic strength lay in Travel Photography. Over the last few years I have been fortunate to have been placed highly in international competitions and some of my images have made the front cover of mainstreet photographic magazines, both in the realm of black and white and colour. I always strive to be original and different in my photography and am inluenced by many mediums that have a bearing on what I see and capture. Music, art, and reading are essential to me. Have visited many countries in the world but have a yearning for cold regions at the moment.
