Nine Point Perspective : Ways of Seeing at Hotshoe Gallery
The first Tri-pod group showcases the work of nine selected visual artists and photographers working on personal photographic and lens-based projects. Participating artists are: Natasha Caruana, Zoe Childerley, Ellie Davies, Karen Grainger, Dean Hollowood, Judith Lyons, Sacha Lehrfreund, Wendy Pye and Melanie Stidolph. The works in the show cut across different photographic genres and subject matter. However, they are all linked by a desire to explore alternative ways of presenting artistic works in a commercial gallery setting. In the spirit of collaboration and experimentation, each artist has been invited to give equal consideration to the public presentation of their work as well as the content.
