« The Last Book » est un livre-photo dont la série d'images est recueillie dans le métro. L'artiste a passé 13 semaines sur 3 ans à arpenter le métro new-yorkais pour repérer des « Book Readers » (liseurs de livre). À chaque fois qu'il en voyait un, il prenait un cliché de la personne et rédigeait par la suite, une note personnelle du livre.
