Peter Kennard was born in London in 1949. He is senior tutor in photography at the Royal College of Art and his work is in many major collections, including Tate, the V&A and the Imperial War Museum. His work has been published in numerous publications including The Guardian, The Observer, Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Independent, The Scotsman, New Statesman and Time Magazine.

Brenda Ann Kenneally est une photographe américaine. Quand elle s'est installée à Brooklyn, New York, en 1996, elle a commencé à prendre en photo les familles de son quartier. En faisant le portrait en noir et blanc de jeunes couples qui se déchirent, d'êtres humains paumés, camés, de femmes enceintes ou mères de jeunes enfants, elle nous donne à voir une vie violente et douloureuse. Ces photographies ont été publiées dans Money power respect : pictures of my neighborhood. Plus récemment, Brenda Ann Kenneally s'est consacrée à un reportage de cinq ans sur six femmes survivant dans la misère de la ville de Troy (Nord de New York), l'un des plus riches des Etats-Unis au 19ème siècle. Il sera présenté au Visa pour l'image de Perpignan en 2009 sous le nom de Upsate Girls.

Ken Graves was born in June 27, 1942 in Portland, Oregon. He received his B.F.A. (1970) and M.F.A. (1971) from the San Francisco Art Institute. He is the co-author of American Snapshots (Scrimshaw Press, 1977) and with Eva Lipman, Ballroom (Milkweed Editions, 1989), text by Sally Sommers. Both Ken and Eva have a forthcoming book, The Making of Men, (Verve Editions, producer), with an introduction by Germaine Greer and an afterword by Susan Kismaric, curator at MOMA, NYC. Ken is the recipient of a Ferguson Grant, Friends of Photography (1973), National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships (1975 and 1986), and the John Guggenheim Fellowship (2000). His work is exhibited and is in the permanent collections of the Allentown Art Museum, The Brooklyn Museum, The George Eastman House, The Muse
