I was 17 when I first exhibited one of my photographs. That wall was inside the Corcoran National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.

At the age of 22, I was handed my Bachelor of Fine Art (B.F.A.) degree from Rochester Institute for Technology (R.I.T.). Saying good-bye to my black & white, C-41 and E-6 darkrooms.

At the age of 23, I accepted an invitation to become a creative consultant to the advertising icon Oliviero Toscani and the Benetton Communication Research Center (aka Fabrica and COLORS).

The following year, I established myself and my company in Amsterdam. That was the year 2000.

While based in Amsterdam, I have initiated and published photo stories in magazines such as KidsWear, European Photography, RE-, ZOO and the Volkskrant magazine.

I have been commissioned by several advertising and design agencies, including Mother, TBWA , Tribal DDB, Ogilvy and Wieden+Kennedy to help create campaigns for their clients.
Such as Philips Global, Nike Global, Pfizer Global, KPN Local, Mtv EMEA, and Nestle UK, for example.

By the age of 35, my work occupied the walls of the CoBrA Museum of Modern Art, Stedelijk Museum, & the Belvedere Museum of Modern Art and was sold at the MoMA in NYC.

My ideal project includes good people, good ideas and good budgets.

I truly love my job.

And as my father would say, "Find a job that you love and you'll never work a day in your life.".
