Gerald is a French freelance photojournalist based in New York since 2006, specializing in news, portraits, still life and event imagery.
After studying Law and Journalism in France, he worked with Abaca Press as staff photographer for almost 3 years. In September 2006, Gerald moved to New York and, after a brief stint with ABACA USA and Gamma Press joined POLARIS Images as Contributing Photographer.
Equally comfortable behind a camera or a computer, Gerald learned to provide high quality at all levels of the production process. As a part of a new generation of professional, he's definitively a digital photographer, strongly believing in the new way to stream photographs not only by the traditional way, but also, by Internet and its multimedia tools.
