Peel, chop and crush the garlic cloves and grate about a teaspoon of Ginger. Place in a bowl. Add the Rich Soy Sauce and Ground Black Pepper. Add the Rice Wine and Brown Sugar and stir. Trim your steak of any excess fat and flatten slightly with a cleaver or rolling pin. Thinly slice into 5mm slices and place in the marinade. Add the cornflour to the meat and marinade to bind the ingredients. Chop and de-seed the fresh Red Chillies and leave to one side. Top and tail the French beans, and cut in half. Remove the Ready to Wok Egg Noodles, lightly separate and place one one side until needed. Cooking: We are ready to Wok! Transfer to a shallow bowl and set aside. Place the pork steaks in between two sheets of cling film and, using a meat mallet or rolling pin, bash the pork steaks until halved in thickness. Roll the steaks in the soya bean mixture until well-coated, then pat lightly to secure the mixture to the meat, shaking off any excess. Heat a wok until smoking and add the groundnut oil, then add the pork steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides, or until golden-brown and cooked through.
