Istituto Francese, Piazza Ognissanti 2, FIRENZE April 21th-July 14th / Mon-Fri 10-18 FSM Gallery, via san zanobi 19 r, FIRENZE April 21th-June 10th /Mon-Sat 15-18.30 Free Entrance Mathieu Bernard-Reymond and Loan Nguyen. Two contemporary artists from France and Switzerland are presented in a Photographic exhibition shown in two different locations. The exhibition at the French Institute in Piazza Ognissanti is called, Spazio Disponibile, or "Available Space", and is showing Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. This debut of a series of photographs by Bernard-Reymond is his personal vision of the "space" of Tuscany; A vision always accompanied by the study of perspective. At the FSM Gallery in via san Zanobi 19red, a different series of photographs by Bernard-Reymond is presented which emphasizes the role of technological manipulation within the artist's work. He shares this artistic space in interesting contrast to the work of a young Swiss Photographer named Loan Nguyen. Madame Loan's work reflects a style of authenticity where reality finds a space in between the simple and the profound. The second show displaying both artists' work is open only in the afternoon from 3 to 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday and finishes the 10th of June.
