This Officer was a friend to many Bastrop Louisiana people as well as surrounding areas like Monroe and West Monroe Lousiana. He is a HERO but at the same time he was a regular officer that was doing what any officer would do. Northeast Louisiana lost a friend, a co worker, a father, a son, a brother, a husband and a good dad. This video was an honor to make for the Smith family and now that they have it and seen it. I want to keep it for the town of Bastrop Louisiana to remember FOREVER!

The kit came complete with everything including the intercooler, intercooler pump, 47lb injectors, lower manifold, supercharger, GT500 throttle body and a custom calibration from the tuning experts at Ford Racing. The Whipple procedure involves removing the cancerous parts of the pancreas, duodenum, common bile duct, and if required, part of the stomach.

John Townsend - new arrangementJohn B. Townsend died on September 16, 1873. According to historical accounts, he was lured away from his family farm by a group of Apache braves, who ambushed him as he cleared the ridge above Dripping Springs. Townsend became a legendary Indian fighter after he relocated his family from Texas to Yavapai County, Arizona in 1868. He operated a farm to provide food for the soldiers and their livestock. He worked as a scout for the Army, he led groups of men from Prescott, and ventured for days on his own to fight the Apaches. He was a Confederate soldier in the Civil War. The only known photograph of John B. Townsend is stored at the Sharlot Hall Archives: sharlot.org There are a number of well-established farms located along the Agua Fria River. The modern-day Young's Farm located in Dewey is a good example. The ranch owned by Nathan and Herbert Bowers was located at or adjacent to Young's Farm at the intersection of Hwy 69 and HWY 169. A description of the 1871 cattle theft from the Bowers Ranch is included in my previous blog post. The historical records indicate that the Townsend farm was located forty miles from Fort Whipple along the Agua Fria River. It is likely that the Townsend farm was located near the present-day Orme School. A high percentage of published information about John B. Townsend is likely to be inaccurate.
