Thrice upon a time - Magasin 3 collection

The fall of 2010 marks the opening of the unprecedented exhibition 'Thrice upon a time.' This is the largest exhibition to date with artworks taken exclusively from the Magasin 3 collection. It is presented in three parallel chapters featuring a total of 202 works, all of which have not previously been shown at Magasin 3. 66 artists ranging from Absalon to Zetterquist fill the exhibition spaces with photography, drawing, painting, film and sculpture. Annika Von Hausswolff - Ich bin die Ecke aller Räume
This spring Magasin 3 Stockholm Konsthall has the great pleasure of showing a wide selection of work by Annika von Hausswolff, an artist whom Magasin 3 has supported for many years.
Contradictory feelings of unease and curiosity evoked by her macabre stories and glimpses of the unexpected in the everyday have been characteristic of von Hausswolff’s work since the 1990’s. Magasin 3 Stockholm Konsthall starts this year’s exhibition program with an encounter between a recently “discovered” contemporary artist, Miroslav Tichy, and an early star in the writing of photographic history, Julia Margaret Cameron.
