Lunds konsthall's programme for 2010 starts with a solo exhibition by the celebrated Portuguese artist João Penalva. The focus is on works produced in the last five years, but one important earlier piece, the slide and sound installation Character and Player, 1998, has been included as a bass note for the whole exhibition.

Lunds konsthall is pleased to present a selection of works by Omer Fast, an artist who is attracting ever more attention on the international scene. He was born 1972 in Jerusalem and educated in the US. He now lives in Berlin. This is his first solo exhibition in Scandinavia.

The exhibition features the monitor piece CNN Concatenated (2002) together with the four-channel video installation The Casting (2007), the two-channel video installations Take a Deep Breath (2008), Spielberg's List (2003) and a new photographic series (2009).
