GALERIE presents Susanne Wollowski's most recent group of unconventional photographic self-portraits. Susanne Wollowski (born 1974) studied at the HBK Braunschweig and completed her art studies in 2003 as a master student of Prof. HG Prager. Using rumen, an organic material stemming from the stomach of calves and lambs, she creates costume-like objects including bonnets, dresses, and gloves. Dressed in this material, the artist poses as a "living sculpture" in front of the camera...
