Glynn Davies - Angelsey Landscapes

 Glyn Davies is a leading photo-artist in Wales, but his prints have been sold to clients throughout the world. Glyn was raised in Celtic Cornwall however, where fine art was a major influence on him, lectured at the Falmouth School of Art and his mother ran her own pottery and textile studio. Anglesey ancestry and family reasons saw the Davies' return to North Wales in 1988 which is why Glyn now lives and works on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. Horizon: Russian Cameras, Keralan Landscapes by Jake Polonsky

 Jake Polonsky has been documenting unspoilt landscapes around the world over the last five years with Russian panoramic Horizon cameras and Kodak HIE infrared film. This series focuses on the state of Kerala at the southern tip of India, a unique combination of plantations, canals, mountains and coast. Polonsky has been a fine art photographer for over ten years. He has been collaborating with Melvin Cambettie Davies on these prints, and they have arrived at a particular combination of split toning and printing which amplifies the magical quality of the infrared images. AOP members end of year charity auction exhibition

 HARMAN PHOTO and AOP are proud to bring you ‘RED DOT', the end of year charity auction and exhibition. In association with the AOP's chosen charity Sightsavers International, ‘RED DOT' will not only be an inspirational and diverse collection of images by AOP members but most importantly, a celebration of the gift of sight.
