Glory of Russian Arms. The Brusilov Offensive. On the 100th Anniversary of the Beginning of World War I. From P.V. Khoroshilov collection;
After a hundred years the World War I steps back to the foreground. The exhibition introduces the body of photographic documents by different authors collected by Markov, a volunteer clerk at the headquarters of General Alexey Brusilov. The exhibition covers the period from December, 1914 till June, 1916. During this time Brusilov’s headquarters led the Russian army to successful operations, retreats, and then to incredible Brusilov offensive which inspired people of Russia and the Entente.
Soldiers of World War I. Reconstruction. On the 100th Anniversary of the Beginning of World War I. Guillaume d’Hubert, France;
